Bsod? any suggestions

For some reason my computer is BSODing, im thinking somethings incompatible to either my mobo or something else.

Running Winblows Xp Pro 64-bit, anyone have any suggestions?

First off, this is the wrong section. Secondly, it doesn't appear to be a compatibility issue. When does it BSOD (when a certain event happens or randomly)?

Is this a new build or has it came from a shop?, was it running ok before this started?, have you recently changed any Hardware or installed/updated drivers or software?

i recently upgraded mobos about 4 months ago from the asus p5k-e to the asus P5Q deluxe

i cant read the error message, it comes up and immediately closes...

Did you reinstall the OS, or at least do a repair install?

Yep, as well as replaced the HDD twice...

Have you tried pressing enter/delete or space bar, pause, to see if it freezes the screen at that point?
