Default Bsod

My brothers computer has a BSOD and I'm not entirely sure where exactly I should start, any tips?

It's running Windows 7 Ultimate x64 I can supply the blue screen code if it's needed. I tried booting into safe mode and tried the repair but no luck.

Has he installed any new hardware? Make sure all drivers are up to date that can cause issues

Have you:
  • Checked the temperature on CPU.
  • Checked you RAM with Memtest86 for defected addresses.
