Bought an Intel SSD to install apps, but I'm unsure which power cord to use.

I also have a 2TB Seagate HDD. It uses the P8 ribbon. The next closest power chord in proximity is P7. Can I use P7 for the SSD without it jacking up the motherboard? Should they be switched? Should they be in a different combination altogether?

For the record, I'm referring to an Acer Predator G3620. Appreciate any guidance.

I'm not sure what you mean by P7 and P8 ribbon. Every SSD that I have seen hooks up with a standard Sata power cable and Sata data cable. The order of the cables does not matter.
