Default Bottleneck performance (Phenom I 9150e) - Advice wanted

I'm buying a new GPU.

I have 2 GPU's to choose from:
PALIT GTX 460 (115)
RADEON HD 5770 (95)

Obviously based on the benchmarks the 460 is the better card, but, will my performance be bottlenecked by my processor which is a Phenom I 1.8ghz quad core? Will I only get as much performance with the 460 as I will with the 5770 because of my CPU limitations?

Which is best for me?
