Default Booting Up Window Disk

Hello,

I installed windows vista, but there were many compatibility problems, so I tried to install windows XP. But after I put the disk into the optical drive and reboot the computer, the computer cannot read the XP disk. I already tried first running the optical drive option in the bios, but it doesnt work. Anyone know a solution?

What kind of error are you getting, or are you not getting any at all?

Also, was the CD made from a torrent or is it a legit CD?
