Default BNC Cable? Help?

OK so I recently got my hands on this monitor (http://www.americandynamics.net/prod...rs_LCD_20.aspx)
Its a great monitor, well kinda, crappy resolution but whatever. Now my problem is I want to use this for regular cable but the only inputs its got is BNC. What kinda adapter or cable do I need to get so I can use a regular cable line ot watch TV. I know this is very strange, using a security monitor as my TV but I got it for free and Im trying to get the most use outta it.
