bluetooth problem!

ve got a bluetooth device with IVT BlueSoleil 1.6 which works but i want to use the microsoft software. there is meant to be a bluetooth devices in the control panel but there isnt. if u want to know why i want to use the microsoft one, because IVT BlueSoleil does not work very well mith my bluetooth HID compliant mouse. Im usin windows xp sp2

You need to install the drivers for it. And do you have a bluetooth reciever?

ive installed drivers, by receiver u mean the thing that oes into the usb port? ive got that.
