Blue Screen

Whenever I play games I will always get the Blue Screen error, the screen is blank and doesn't tell the error or anything. Its just a blank blue screen. It will also happen when im just on the internet, but not as often as when im playing games. It just started doing this, when i replaced my processor. I had a 3.4ghz processor and i replaced it with another 3.4ghz processor. What is causing the blue screen error? Here are my cpu specs.

3.4 ghz
1GB RAM pc 3200
ATI 9600xt

Does your comp get beep codes when you turn it on?

yes all the time

Maybe your CPU is overheating or a RAM related problem.

how many beeps and what does it sound like, if you still have the motherboard manual look it up, it could be that the ram is not pushed all the way in the slot or somthing like that
