Default blue screen

Every time I turn on my computer for the first time for the day I will go the blue screen you know the one that says some thing of memory dump. Blue screen comes only when i play a game it could be any game. After i restart the system i have no more problems. I can shut the computer off then come back 4 hrs later and no problems.


windows xp sp 2
p4 3.2

ati radeon 9200 agp card

the only gues i got it would have to be my ati card.

Memory dumps are caused by software corruption. Back up all your important data, and then format and reinstall. Or.. Get your XP disk, then go to repair on the menu at boot up loading from CD, then type in CHKDSK /r
