Default Blu ray pq help

Hi, just installed a blu ray player into my computer but I am trying to figure out how to get the maximun pq I can. Right now, I have been experimenting in the Nvidia control panel, first is there a guide anywhere I can follow for which may perhaps have the best tweaks for blu ray?

Also, I am experiencing a lot of graininess in the movies I watch like "International" any idea why? One theory i have is: the dvi cable I am using. I bought a HDMI adapter that connects to the end of the dvi male. I wonder if I just got a DVI to HDMI cable minus the adapter there would be less transmission lost. idk.

I have a GTX 260 Geforce

and this blu ray drive:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827136133
