Post block software

Is there a way to block certain programs from being used in windows xp? And to block other stuff?

yeah... but i want to block certain programs like AIM and stuff from working at a certain time.. and i want a program that shuts off the internet after a certain time..

well if u want to block AIM at a certin time then change the settings in AIM so it wont auto-open at start-up and just use it when ever u want...

i want it to block after 1:00Am Est and then turn on again at 5:00am est
