Default Bit Spirit and torrents

I have been using Bit Spirit for a good while now to download things and its been working fine, but recently its been going extremly slow with hardly and upload or download activity (if there is some activity then it is usualy a hell of a lot of upload and hardly any download). There is a good ammount of seeders for the files, i checked the windows firewall settings and ticked bit spirt in the exceptions window. The only other thing i could think of was checking McAfee to see if it was blocking anything to do with it, but didn't spot anything.

If you have any ideas/solutions please post them here, thanks!

it would b hard helping you because we can get in trouble too. ur using illegal way of downloading files instead of buying them wich is illegal and can cause lots of trouble.
