BiosShock Problems

I run into a prbole with Bioshock, when I finish a certain level, and it starts loading the next level, the game crashes on me, and i cant even start the game over again! It always crashes!

It worked fine until this point.

I have all the special "bioshock" drivers recommended to me by nVidia (7800gt) and the new bioshock patch, still no work!

What shall i do?

I'd try and send the disc back, as its faulty, and get a replacement. It seems to me like some of the data may be damaged, that your computer copied from.
