In Bios What Next????

I have read the forum on overclocking an the website put in that forum i know what do/took down some notes on it. HELP ME OUT!

Here is the notes i took down from what i learned.......

CPU Freq......Increase ( amount u what )
DDR Voltage.......Should be raised at 2.8v
Chipset voltage.......Should be raised to 1.6v
HT voltage........should be raised to 1.25v
Cpu Multiplier....should be keep on auto
CPU voltage........Increase slightly
HT Frequency..........should be changed from 5x to 4x

Anything i need to know............where can i change all this stuff ( look on my main screen picture from that link up there )

Is you CPU S939? And what kind of RAM do you have? Cheap RAM will hinder your overclock. What kind of heatsink? What fan is on it?

the socket is 754 and the ram is DDR 400 and it was kinda cheap idk how to tell. the heat sink is a ultra heat pipe.

Stop pumping 1.6v into your processor. You dont even know if it need 1.6V. Start raising the HTT until its unstable, bump up the voltage a little and keep on going.

i havnt did anything yet. Where can i adjust the HTT

It's all in BIOS... usually under advanced settings... it depends on your BIOS...
