Default BIOS shutdown

Hey,

I have set up my new system finally. It doesn't even have windows installed on it and as I don't want to have to turn my comp off manually, I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to access a "Shut Down" features in the BIOS. Anyone know how to do this?
