Default BIOS Revisions

I'm having some troubles overclocking my q6600 and I've found that it may be the newest BIOS edition that is restricting my overclock. I have an evga 780i motherboard and I don't know how I can install an earlier BIOS version. If anyone has any information about where to find the revisions and how to install them, please help. Thanks

I'm not sure but I think those are just the new updates for my BIOS, I was hoping to find older BIOS revisions. Do you know where those could be?
