Bios problem?

I am having a problem with my PC when I first power it up. Everything was working fine and then my "power on" button quit. After fixing that problem and getting the cpu to turn on, the Bios now starts and when I hit the F1 key to continue, all that happens is a line flashes on a black screen. It reminds me of the dos prompt without the arrow. I know the hard drives are good and windows was working fine before the power button incindent. It seems that no drives are being read (CD, or two hard drives). I got into the setup and everything looks okay. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

what kinda video card you got?

I believe it's a 128 MB ATI Radeon 9200 with both VGA and DVI outputs.
