Is there a way to setup my BIOS so everytime my computer starts it lets me select which hard drive partition to boot from? I have vista on one partition and linux on the other and i want to be able to easily decide which to use everytime i start my computer

im not quite sure what you have done but linux has a built in boot menu ?

unless you installed windows on one hardrive removed it installed linux on the other then put them both in ?

you can get a boot manager i used vista boot pro which i actually used on XP to recover a vista partition but im sure it would work with XP and Linux just google it.

( i think acronis has 1 aswell ? google again)

with vista boot pro you just click add new operating system then select a name and select a partition that it boots from ..... simple
