Default Bin Files?

How do you extract or open a bin file if you don't have a cue file? can it be done with Nero7?

I tried that mate but when I open the folder its in to burn it the folders blank, I never been successfully in making a bin file open before Ive always used the cue file, I know its an image file but cant open or run it, Ive tried burning it twice and the first time I got just the data folder on the disc an the second time when I put the disc in the drive to open it reads 0 space .

Haven't opened a bin for so long, but I think you can use dameon tools..Or just extract it, and then it becomes an iso or cue..
