Big ol' question about BSOD

I think its 24amps and 2 12v rails...its what I was looking for to use the 8800

But thats the only thing I can think of..cause no way I should be BSODing on a clean computer so I'm guessing its the power...sometimes when I put the pc on standby and turn it back on I can't get the monitor to show me anything...sometimes

Said all I needed was 375 watts of power...which seems off

Here is the thing though, I'm still using the 8800gt 512mb vid card...and I'm playing City of Heroes and when there was a heavy battle I was actually lagging out...since the game has low system requirements maybe it is the RAM, I'm trying a ram test I picked up from guru3d..trying it right now..if nothing comes out of it I'm just going to replace it and see what happens
