Big msn virus has screwed my comp up

Hey a little help please, how do you access what programs start up when you start the computer? A virus being spread around msn has planted it on my pc and now is controlling my msn, no matter what i do, ive virus scanned etc, please help Cheers

Type in 'msconfig' in the Run box. Or, you can open Registry Editor, and use the following directory:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
