I need help, with a PSU for this card.

I know it needs a 12v at 22A...

Any ideas on what PSU would support this card..

That one started smoking, and didn't power it. Perhaps i plugged it in wrong, but i am doubtful. I plugged the card into the PSU directly, with the PCI E (6 prong) cable. Perhaps i needed the one that came with the card, where it goes from 6 prong, to 2 four prongs...

Perhaps it was just a bad PSU, any suggestions???..

if the PSU started smoking dont take chances with it, RMA return that PSU for a new one.

(( where it goes from 6 prong, to 2 four prongs... ))

and you can give that a shot as well when you get your PSU back

Wow, you might have fried the video card too! Hope thats not the case!

I see two 19A 12V rails. But chances are that it will still work. 12V1 goes to your cpu and other peripherals while 12V2 supplies your video card only. I doubt a 7950GT can consume 22A. But its rosewill, what can you expect? Get a better quality powersupply and get what you pay for.
