what about the fx 5700le 128mb?? my friend has that and he said its runs fine for him, no complaints. Would i be better off getting the fx 5500 128mb?

Usually speaking the higher the number the better the card..so a 5700 card would be better than a 5500 which would be better than a 5200

Just make sure it is for a PCI interface and not PCI Express or AGP, but at the same time, I wouldn't want to put a lot of money into a PCI card as PCI interface is the slowest for graphics.

I believe they do have an FX5700LE or something for PCI.

and the memory interface on the 5700 is only 64mb, while on the 5500 its 128mb. The stats look better on the 5500

I didn't know that they made 2.7GHZ Pentiums on an archetecture like PCI. I figured at least AGP or PCI-E. Are you sure it isn't a PCI-E?
