Better screen on E425?

So I'm fixing to buy a new laptop in a few months, and I've been well aware of the very average screen that comes with this laptop(slightly grainy, not the best colours). The E420, the E425's older cousin, comes with an optional 1600x900 screen. I was wondering, if it would be possible to replace the screen on the E425 with a used or new E420 screen. I'm not going to do it to a brand new laptop, maybe a few years down the road.
