Default Which is better?

I'm looking to build a new rig this summer for FSX; which do you think is better?

Corsair XMS2 2GB
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500
Antec 500W PSU
XFX 8800GT 512M
ASUS P5K mobo
250GB Seagate HDD

total- $605 before scrounging

$709 (eek)

OR

Gigabyte P35
XFX 8800GT 512mb
OCZ StealthXStream 600W
Intel E6750 2.66Ghz
OCZ Vista Upgrade 2GB DDR2 800mhz
Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 160GB

OR

Intel E6550
Gigabyte P35-DS3L
G.Skill 2GB DDR2 800
MSI 8800GT OC 512MB
160-200GB SATA
~ 500W Power Supply

$705 (eek)

Well, remember, this is going to run MSFSX, which ( I believe) needs very fast processors, and is very 'CPU intensive'

I know little about comps overall, and I had these rigs recommended to me by friends.

Just want your opinion, thanks

Also, my budget is no more than $700 if you want to suggest your own, but preferably around $500

Cheers

PS: it will probably be running XP for now...

I'd say the second one, but swap the OCZ RAM for some Corsair XMS2.

I agree as well. The corsair memory makes a hell of a difference IMO. And I plan on using the E6750 on my next build.
