Default Which is better?

Which of these two mobo's is better? I see the gigabyte has firewire and 2 pci Express x16 slots, but which of the two is better for overclocking and gaming? Also what is the difference between nForce 4 and 570?

Gigabyte GA-M55SLI-S4 Socket AM2 NVIDIA nForce4 SLI ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $96.99

I'd preferably say the Gigabyte, since it has SLI config for maximum gaming later in life, and with good RAM, I don't see why you couldn't overclock it.

As for the difference between them, I don't know I'm afraid.
