No, there isn't an Empty one and i don't know what they are being used for.

First of all, sorry for bumping such an old thread, i just got caught up in everything.

Secondly, i found out what one of the slots is being used for, and its like Phone jacks, which i never have used. would it be okay to take it out if i found a graphics card?

That is for dial-up Internet. Since you aren't using it you'll be fine without it.

BTW i didn't take it out because i heard someplaces you need an anti-static wristband so you don't mess anything up, other places i heard you don't need one. and i don't have an anti-static wristband/screwdriver
