there isn't a need to learn the "right" typing technique.
I tried it for a while. But my own style is nicer. I might get a little more typos with this style but the other style just didn't feel good.
And I'm pretty sure that I can type faster with my own style.

U can always try the
"asdf jkl;
left right
HOME
POSITIONS" as DsT put it.

Just use the way that u like the most.

Yeah Mavis Beacon is good. Its kinda for kids but it is still a good program to use.

My typing speed is somewhere between 35-45 wpm. I want to improve my typing but the problem is that i have to unlearn my style(which is very random) and start learning a new style which is more of a problem than a help!
