Default Best Screen Recoder?

Im trying to find a screen recoder, that dont make the game laggy.. I play CS and I use windows Media encoder 9 and it makes the game lag like hell!

Cant you record gameplay with cs or is it just cs:s that you can do it?

That gamecam worked good, No lag on games when I recording..also it the video the smallest size for good quailty And Now i just finshed a CS1.6 video.. I have to upload on sunday. becuase im at dads
