Love Autotune by Antares. Also look at Celemony's Melodyne. I don't know any DAW software that come with these great plugins! Also get the other Antares products like the AVOX vocal kit and Tube.
Melodyne is like AutoTune just not automatic with its pitch correction. Although Autotune has a manual override. What I like with Autotune is that you can use the MIDI keyboard to hit the pitches of each note if you want. Many artists are using pitch correction both to correct vocals and to give them some artistic flair.
