Edit: Worshipme your pm box is full. When I said deactivated I meant ended the process like you told me too. It seems that the ieexplorer.exe is back but what would cause the internet explorer icon to disapear and be replaced with paper when i go to the start menu.

I'm just so popular LOL. You'll just need to create a new shortcut, go to:
My Computer -> Program files -> internet explorer, and then drag the iexplore.exe icon to wherever you previously had it.

actually what you guys should do is stop looking at name brand and look at IC's... D9xxx is what you want. if you can get your hands on D9GKX that would be awesome. D9GMH does the job quite well... i've got these sticks from tankguys for 42 bucks that do ddr2 900 @ 4-4-4-12 2.1V, i am confident they will do ddr2 1050-1100 at 5-5-5-15 2.1-2.2V

From what I've read on Overclock.net these crucials are the best overclocking RAM for the price. Pretty cheap after rebate. And you get a cool light show

OCZ is one of my favorites, they are affordable and have really good oc abilities on them !
