Best monitor for the price? 24" or 22"

$300 is not enough for a monitor of that size.

A cheap 22" monitor is not worth it, believe me, I had one. The 1680x1050 resolution is not big enough for that size, and the quality suffers.

I was going to buy that monitor, but it would have cost $325 with shipping. For only $25 more and free shipping, I bought this

IMO, the extra cost to upgrade from 22" to 24" isn't worth it. At least that's the conclusion i came up with before i bought my 22". I paid $215CDN for a Samsung 2253. Not HDMI but im happy with it.

That's a good choice. You'll be happy you didn't go with a cheap 22".
