Default which is the best Memory like DDR1,DDR2,DDR3?

Hello guys,
Please tell me that which is the best Memory like DDR1,DDR2,DDR3?

DDR 3 is faster, if your computer (motherboard) supports it.
If however it does not, then there is no point even thinking about it, as it won't fit into the slot.

If you haven't bought your computer at all recently, it's probably DDR2.

They are certainly not compatible with each other.

SDRAM = Single data rate

If 'y' represents the data rate of normal SDRAM

DDR = Double Data Rate (y x2)

DDR2 = Double Data Rate V2 (double the speed of double data rate, y x4)

DDR3 = DoubleData Rate V3 (Double the speed of double data rate V2, y x8)

I think, anyway.

DDR3 is the fastest, but as somebody above said, you need to use the right RAM for your motherboard.
