Best low power AGP card to get to 1920 x 1080 ?

I have an old P4 Dell Dimension that only has an AGP 8x slot and a 250W power supply in it. I have it hooked up via VGA to a 22" LCD TV, but can only get up to like 1368 x 768 resolution on the integrated graphics and it looks pretty blurry. I would like a low power (so I don't have to upgrade the power supply) and low cost AGP card to put in that PC so I can set the PC's resolution output to 1920 x 1080 so that the PC is clear on the TV screen. TV has a VGA input, or an open HDMI input that I can use. No gaming requirements...just general web surfing, some flash games, youtube video watching, etc.. Which card would you suggest? Thanks for any help.

If you can find one, the Radeon X800 or GeForce 6200 or 6600 would do fine.
