Default Best Graphics Card Between $150-300

I recently bought a dell 8400, but i dot it with a x300 which I realized is to underpowered. I want to spend between 150-250 (300 if neccesary) on a new card, what would be the best value and still allow to play new games.
Thanks

geforce 6800
they have it for 250 nowadays.

And it's better than the 6600GT.

sure, the 6600 GT can keep up with the 6800 on lower resolutions, but once AA and AF and higher resolutions kick in, 6800 rules.

plus, the 6800 are more reliable. There have been waaaaaayyyy too many horror stories with the 6600 GT.

1st 2 days tha tthe cards are released, i see like, 13 complainers on a forum.

woot lucky you, you have PCIex. So you have lots of options. You can get a 6600Gt for under 200. The PCIex 6800 will be expensive since its PCIex

The cheapest 6800 PCIex is around 335.

Here is a link to a nice 6600 GT
