Best GPU?

Hey, thank you! That's something I could afford by next week! :)

I hope the price isn't a sign it's cheap. I read the little review/comment and it appears to be fine.

All I need is power and cables for the basics: a disc drive, motherboard, graphics card, and etc.

Now, I must ask what is the best manufacture (Asus, Powercolor, etc.) of the ATI 5770 that is great considering the price addition, or deduction?

Since your resolution is low, the last one is definitely your best bet. You really don't need the 1GB framebuffer, and it will free up some moneys for the PSU.

Of course, PSUs can be future proofed. If your going to add video cards, overclock, or transfer this psu to a future build...I'd go up to 700w range. A little more investment, but like I said, they do last a while. I still have a PSU from a computer I had 10 years ago.

I do not want that much Wattage. If I decide on a built, I will intent to purchase a new power supply. I do not have the room to expand with more graphic cards nor have the proper cooling to balance the power as foothead suggested, and I understand that rings true already:

Hey, I don't really have the proper equipment for this installation. Even though I haven't got the money to purchase anything yet, my RAM is coming soon, and I wanted to know if you could show me where I could purchase one of those wrist objects that take away your static charge and make it possible to handle computer parts better?

Plus, what conditions are best for computer fixes, and where can I find some of those dust grilles? Would it help to tape up the side vents? Or, perhaps just the fake style grilles on the very edge of the front of the computer that just have a hole to the inside?

Lots of questions, I know, but I am positive you are going to be a great computer help for me.
