The fact is that nVidia seems to have the better vid card atm and ur small brains don't seem to understand it.

FEAR is the most demanding game up to date, and look at the benchmarks. The 7800GTX is a little better. And just keep in mind that the 7800GTX is the 256mb version, and the x1800XT is most likely the 512mb version.

Kk when you can string coherent sentances together, realize the human species has ONE brain per person, and stop saying that I'm "crying" simply because I pointed out that you were comparing graphics cards using a game that is DESIGNED for nVidia, talk to me. Oh yea, and lets see if you get the same results using Half-Life 2.

there is HL2 benchmark and many other game benchmarks.

As u see the 7800GTX 256mb version is in most of the benchmarks better than the x1800xt, but only by a few FPS so it really makes no difference. But then again that is the 7800GTX 256mb against the x1800XT 512mb version.

In my "biased" opinion, the 7800GTX is the best, haha.

Uh, the X1800XT is only in 512MB (MY BAD, NO ITS NOT)

The X1800XT is awy better than the 7800GTX 256MB, but it doesn't stand a chance against the 512MB edition.

So is the 7800GTX 512MB. They also have a 256MB version too so there's flexibility in spending.

Sorry then.

I looked on NewEgg.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...&Go.x=0&Go.y=0

I know there's probably a 256MB version, but I don't think it was used for that test.

yeah newegg doesn't sell the 256mb versions. atleast not yet.

And they did use the 512mb version for those tests, u can see it by looking at the clock speeds.
