My PC broke so I am stuck with a Pentium III-E 700mhz aswell. It has 512MB ram and a nVidia TNT2 M64 32MB, so its worse than yours. I got these games working on it:
Need For Speed III: Hot Pursuit
Need For Speed: High Stakes
Sports Car GT
Grand Prix 3
Roller Coaster Tycoon 1 & 2
Test Drive 5
Midtown Madness 2
A demo of tomb raider 3
Sega Rally 2
Grand Prix 2
most of these are really old, not that great games. The best thing to do is to install a game that has PS1/N64 style graphics and it should work.
