I got my own 560 TI today, not my friends, and I installed it, and no problems. I ran benchmarks, a little lag because of the E8400 bottlenecking it, so I went ahead and bought the Q6600. How far will I have to overclock it to gain the FPS back I'm losing with the E8400?

Okay, so everything was installed, everything works, we're starting to download stuff 
With one problem, he tried to play minecraft, and the mouse would be normal till he got down a quarter of the screen (if he started the mouse at the top) then it would go really fast to the bottom quarter of the screen and only did this for the up and down movements. The speed that the cursor moves in the middle of the screen is uncontrollable, is this a driver problem?
