Best Free Cleaner?

I got like 3 or 4 older used computers thats bogged down with a bunch of useless junk...Limewire bogged my friends laptop down and I had to reformat there desktop, because it wouldnt load up ANYTHING. I used CC Cleaner and thats it so far on the laptop. I was just wondering what else I could do to help speed it up. There is already a big difference since Ive used the CC Cleaner.....

Any Ideas?

I've used this before a long time ago. Works well for cleaning registries http://www.wisecleaner.com/

Maybe defrag and run anti-virus/spyware programs such as Spybot.

You could run a Defragment of the hard drive. If you never did that before and your computer is old it could take a while(2-5 hours) but it speeds up your computer significantly.

If its Vista download JK Defrag and Defrag the hard drive. Even in XP, JK Defrag is great! It also frees up space on the hard drive.
