That I don't have to remove the M/B to install it.
Board - Gigabyte 880GM-UD2H ,, Socket AM3 Micro ATX Motherboard
CPU - AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition Deneb 3.2GHz 4000MHz

One good way to enhance the cooling of your CPU is to use an air duct. That allows your CPU/heatsink to be cooled by air from outside the case, which is usually cooler than inside the case. It's cheap and effective.
 
Er... yes an air duct can help, but if you're running into the proverbial wall in terms of getting temps lower, there's only such much help an air duct will do.

If you want a great heatsink for that CPU, I've had great luck with the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro. No motherboard removal required, and it kept my 3.0 GHz Phenom II X4 940 downright chilly, even when I overclocked it to 3.4 GHz.

Newegg doesn't stock them anymore, but I found them with CoolerGuys, and I've had decent luck with them lately.
