Default best combo?

I may be getting $500 in the near future plus I've got $100 already so, these are some upgrades I've been looking into which ones would be the best? So I could get like just the vid card keep everything else, get the ram and mobo, or ram and watercooling, etc...Which would be the best upgrade?

Graphics: Evga 8800GTX 621MHZ version

Mobo:Evga 680i chipset mobo the model that supports 1200MHZ ram

RAM: Crucial Ballisitix DDR2 1000 w/pretty LED load indicators on them

Watercooling: Swiftech H20-220 Apex Ultra Kit

I won't be upgrading very soon but I want to be prepared when the time comes, so I just wanna know what the best combo would be

Well I personally if i didn't have enough up front for all the parts would purchase the 8800...your specs now are fairly good, and a new graphics card would just make it that much better, but thats my opinion
