Depends on what you're looking for...if you need SLI, then you obviously need nVidia. Intel is generally more stable overall from my experience though.

Hmmm, I don't think I will ever use SLI though because I plan on just getting a really powerful card from the start. Are you using an Intel chipset with your motherboard? If so, what kind are you using?

I'm an Amd fan, but the intel chipsets, and processors, are owning AMD at the moment.

But Intel OC farther. I know you're thinking of the 680i, but besides that, nVidia isn't really all that great. The 680i was really the first very good chipset they had.

I'm using the Intel P965 chipset. I wouldn't recommend it for a new high end build, just because by now it's a bit outdated, but it's good for a value board.
