Default Best 939 PCI-E Motherboard PLEASE HELP!

I've kinda given up on the Abit AX8 so I need a new motherboard. Good overclocking options would be a bonus. It needs to be PCI-EXPRESS and must be able to support an AMD Athlon 3000+ Socket 939. It also needs to be practical, and have as many options as possible. I don't really mind about SLI, and I'm not that keen on it.

My budget is around 100 or $135. Any suggestions???
