Default Benchmarks Question

Hello,

So I had finished my build and would like to post some pics/benchmarks. Since I never Benchmarked before in my life thought I will ask you guys how to do it right.

1.What Benchmarks software should I use since I know there are more then one? (whats the most common one?)
3. Where can I get it?
3. What settings should I use to run a Benchmarks? AA/AF Off? What Res? I have two 24" monitors.

Thanks.

use any resolution u want, dosnt matter

only benchmark on 1 screen

use any settings you want.

if u want to do a full PC benchmark, run a 3D mark Vantage.
you can get them the freeware way, or go to there site and buy it, unless ur card came with it.

Default Re: Benchmarks Question

I just did a 3DMARK VANTAGE test, having everything on default, and after CPU test #2 it crashed giving me an error " Application lost focus od display resolution changed."

Update

I ran the test again, and was able to complete it

3DMARK SCORE P8069
GPU 6303
CPU 49556

All settings default.

I'm a bit late, but the question I would have asked is, "What are you looking to benchmark?" If you want to benchmark your CPU you could also use the Super_PI Mod (granted it does rely heavily on the bus speed).
