Default Bandwidth usage per process?

I've been scouring the internet recently trying to find a bandwidth monitor program that has 2 simple things incorporated into it (at the same time, no less!)

1) Listing the individual processes that are using your network bandwidth, and
2) Listing the SPEED at which these processes are using your network bandwidth. (or at least, give a running total on bytes sent/received...)

Anybody have any ideas on what software is out there (doesn't matter if I have to pay for it or not..) that will display both of these things for me?
