Anyone know of a simple little program to track bandwidth usage?

Try That, I've not used it before. I dont know if it can differentiate between WAN and LAN traffic, mind you!

I use netlimiter
comes in handy when my roommate(s) are downloading and I'm trying to game best part about it is they have no idea

DU meter is what I use. Very in depth tracking complete with alerts and limit setup.
