Exclamation bandwidth limitor

i have found all over the internet programs for limiting your bandwidth but i want a program that will take the limitor out of my broadband modem i use to have one a couple of years ago but i can not remember where i got it can anyone help me????????

Why do you want to do that. If anything you would want to uncap.. Not limit yourself further.

they did that in like new york or somewhere and they were charged with a felony... they were getting 45 mbps down on a cable modem!!!!! but they were charged, but were not convicted.

no way i wouldn't try that
thats theft of cable, uncapping is like the worst
common isnt your cable modem fast enough?

Yeah i dont think uncapping is worth the risk..

Wouldnt that be good but like everyone else you have to pay,

Its illegal plus if you read the fine print its there saying you have agreed not to, like anything you do with your net, nothing illegal so your breaking your contract so no go!..

edit: Not only trouble with your isp but a crime of some sort on top of that
