Default Bandwidth cap certian PC's?

My friend's brother plays this stupid game that takes up a lot of bandwidth. Is there anyway to cap his PC so he won't use up soo much bandwidth?

I was thinking it's somewhere within the router settings.

DD-WRT firmware probably has an option for this. I got DD-WRT but there are so many features to go through, I find new ones every time I log into the router.

You could do netlimiter.

I have heard it works.
