Default Bad Video in games

Well not all games, but one is driving me mad!

DX IW, in game is fine, but the movie bits are totally disjointed. Audio stutters as well. How can my computer be able to run the game, but not be able to watch the movies bits? I can play DVDs. I got a flicking new Video card to play this game, and the flicking movies bit wont play. I know it doesn't sound a big deal, and it isn't really, it is just annoying me.

Do you have the latest drivers? Also, make sure you have the latest patch for Invisible War. Assuming your PC meets the recommended specs, in general Invisible War was a very buggy game. Loved the original though.
